9話のあらすじ

英子はキドから、何のために歌っているのかわからなければダメだと言われてしまいます。励ましてくれる七海と共に展望デッキへ向かい、すっかり元気になってはしゃぐ英子に、七海は自分がAZALEAのボーカルだと打ち明けます。プロデューサーの檻の中で苦しんでいる七海の胸の内を知った英子は、七海を励ましたい思いを乗せて歌います。そして自分が助けられたように、悩む人々のために歌いたいと考えます。

海外視聴者の感想

孔明が雛を育てるために時間をかけて、遠くから見守る姿が楽しい。いい先生で、英子とKABEはラッキー。
このエピソードで一番好きなのは、2枚の大きな葉っぱの裏でKABEたちをスパイしていた孔明ｗそしてもちろん、マスコットの衣装で英子をスパイしてる孔明もｗ
この2つのシーンはもう…腹抱えて笑ったｗパパ孔明はレジェンド。
完璧なカモフラージュ術を披露する、戦術の達人孔明。
孔明がこのエピソードに現れることはないだろうと思っていたら、最も笑える方法で現れるのだった。
信じられないほど陽気なステルス
今回は正直ほとんど笑える場面がなかったのに、マスコットスーツを着た孔明の登場という強烈なカットで爆笑してしまった。
もう1つの着ぐるみは誰が着ていたのだろうか？
- 英子の一番のファンか、オーナーかな。
- 間違いなくファンのヤツだろ、どこにでもいる。

ナナミンかわいそうに。英子は優秀な策士が側にいてくれてよかった。
孔明のような人に出会わなければ、英子がナナミンのようになっていたかもしれない。
アゼリアの衣装があんなに露出度が高いとは今まで気づかなかった…。
- アニメは控えめなほう。漫画版を見てみて。
この太ももや胸を揺らすショットは、意図的に不快感を与えるように作られてるな。「ファンサービス」をネガティブに捉えてるのが偉い。
他の作品がファンサービスとして使うような仕掛けを、不穏な空気を醸し出すために使う時点で、このアニメが良質だと分かる。
こんなに破天荒な設定のアニメに、こんなにも良識があることに感心する。

変な感想かもしれんが、CMとの合間に英子が言う「パリピ孔明」にハマった…(笑) もう普通にパリピコウメイって言えない…ぱーりーぴこーーめーーでないと。

豆知識：英子と七海が行った渋谷スカイ展望台は2019年末にオープンしたばかりで、日本がコロナで国境を閉鎖する数ヶ月前なので、日本国外ではまだそれほど知られていないようです。
- こりゃ平常に戻ったら巡礼地になりそうだ。

I also very much enjoy seeing Koumei watching from afar, giving the chicks in his care time and room to grow on their own. He’s a good teacher. Eiko and Kabei are lucky.
I think my favorite part of the episode had to be Kongming spying on Kabe and his boys behind those two big ass leaves lol. Oh and of course Kongming in that mascot outfit spying on Eiko lol.
Those 2 scenes…… ROFL. Papa Koumei is a Legend.
Koumei, master tactician, demonstrating the use of a perfect camouflage.
You gotta love the classic “two sticks of leaves to hide” technique to watch over Kabetaijin. Was that also something Kongming utilized back then? Lol
So who was in the other kigurumi suit?
- Im gonna guess Eiko’s number 1 fan or owner-san.
- Definitely this guy, he’s everywhere.
Poor Nanamin. Eiko is lucky she had a good strategist by her side.
Nanamin is would could have happened to Eiko if she had not found someone like Kongming.
Whoa didn’t even realize Azalea’s outfits were that revealing until now…
- Their outfits are actually toned down in the anime. Look up the manga version.
Wow those thigh and jiggle shots were definitely intentionally done to be very uncomfortable. Props to how they made this “fanservice” a negative.
You know an anime’s good when they use the very tricks other studios use for fanservice as a way to sow disturbance
An anime with a premise as wild as this continues to amaze me with just how self aware it is
Eiko and Nanami’s relationship is very wholesome. I was a little concerned last episode that Nanami would end up betraying Eiko somehow, but I’m glad that it hasn’t happened so far.
This might be a weird observation but the way Eiko says Paripi Koumei during the advertisement break has got stuck in me lol…. I can’t say Paripi Koumei normally anymore… It has to be Pariiiipi Koooumieeee.

I agree 1000%. It always puts a smile on my face. The record scratch suits it perfectly lol
Trivia: The Shibuya Sky observation deck Eiko and Nanami went was only just opened in late 2019, just a few months before Japan closed its borders because of the c-word, so it’s not that well known outside of Japan yet.
- It’s gonna be a pilgrimage site once things truly go back to normal.
