海外視聴者の感想
- I ador the OP who am I kidding, I adore this anime. Its too good
- Been a while since I’m laughing so hard watching only the opening.
- Damn the OP a banger. Definitely gonna be one of best this season or year.
- I was so ready to skip that OP but I just couldn’t once it started. So damn good. Eiko is probably a contender for best girl of the season if this show keeps up the quality
- Been a while since I’m laughing so hard watching only the opening.
- The OP is really something else. A lot different than the usual OPs in anime.
- it’s literally a Japanese lyric cover of Bulikirály, from the Hungarian artist Jolly. This has got to be one of the first times an European club/EDM song has been used as an anime OP?
- It makes sense now, when I heard the song one of my first reaction was that the lyrics are kind of unusual for Japanese songs.
- I was really surprised to see a Hungarian name in the credits!
- That remix really is a banger and a total earworm. I still can’t get that song out of my head.
- CHAN CHAN AH CHIKI CHIKI BAN BAN
- The easiest way to make the audience stay…. is to trap them in! Man, this guy is a genius!
- A.K.A. The IKEA strategy.
- So Kongming basically used his FGO Noble Phantasm to help Eiko increase fans on her dance floor. There was already the foreshadowing when Owner and Kongming discussed about the Stone Sentinel Maze during a game of Go.
- This show did not half-ass the references to historical events and uses them to fantastic effect.
- Whoever came up with the whole “Three Kingdoms meets modern-day Tokyo” thing is such a genius. I laughed my ass off when Kongming explained his strategy. It’s been a while since I’ve been this hooked to an anime from the very start.
- I mean, it is a hodgepodge of random elements, but somehow it manages to make it all cohesive and I just Love it.
- Yes, this show seems to be doing the impossible. There is no way this mix should work — but it does.
- I think this anime works so well like it does is because there is some legitimate thought behind what its gimmick is and what kind of story it wants to be. From these first two episodes this seems basically like Smile at the Runway, making a shounen story out of a non-shounen element. And the battle system they use is old-chinese war tactics modernised for growth in the music industry. It takes this battle system very seriously so that it doesn’t become shoe horned in and you get this Kaguya-sama like effect where you just get lost in the ridiculousness of it all.
- I may be asking much, but I don’t want this series to have a heavy drama or obstacle or something. I just want Eiko to breeze through stardom with the help of her strategist KongMing.
- Seeing Eiko succeed and Kongming whip out plans is something I don’t think I’ll get tired of seeing if the show keeps going down that road. Just satisfying to watch!
- I want this show to be just this. Exactly this. Our boy pulling off absurd plans and winning every time. Real drama be damned, I’m here for EIKO’s steady rise.
- Really interested in this show. Can I enjoy it without knowing much about Kongming’s real history? Does it make references throughout the show?
- Absolutely! They are explaining anything pertinent as it becomes relevant.
- I think all you need to know is the barebones: namely, that Kongming is a renowned tactical genius. There are some references that people more familiar with his story will get a chuckle out of, but they thoroughly explain any history that’s relevant to the show. I don’t know too much about Kongming myself and I’m enjoying it.
